CD80P

Diese japanische Nixie ist mit ihren gerade mal 11.5mm Ziffernhöhe ein rechter Winzling. Anwendung fand diese Nixie der Firma Hitachi zusammen mit den Nixies HI544 und HI549 in Tischrechnern.

Der linke DezimalpunktDer rechte Dezimalpunkt

Auffällig ist, dass der linke Dezimalpunkt eher die Form eines Hochkommas besitzt. Daher diente der linke Dezimalpunkt wohl wahrscheinlich dazu, eine Tausendertrennung vorzunehmen, wobei der rechte Dezimalpunkt die Funktion des echten Kommas übernahm.

Leider besitze ich kein Datenblatt zur CD80P. Sollte jemand im Besitz dieses Datenblattes sein, würde ich mich über eine Mail diesbezüglich sehr freuen.

CD80P

This Japanese Nixie tube is very tiny, having a digit height of only 11.5mm. This CD80P, manufactured by Hitachi, was used in desktop calculators together with the Nixie tubes HI544 and HI549.

The left decimal pointThe right decimal point

The left decimal point looks more like an apostrophe, that could have been used to seperate the different places of thousands, whereas the right decimal point looks more like the genuine comma.

Unfortunately, I do not have any datasheet for the CD80P. If someone can provide me with a datasheet, please email me.
