Die B-6032 vom amerikanischen Hersteller Burroughs ist eine recht seltene Sonderzeichenröhre mittlerer Größe:

Rund um die Röhre ist ein leicht unüblicher Schrumpfschlauch befestigt, auf den die Typenbezeichnung aufgedruckt ist, der wohl die Lesbarkeit durch Fernhalten von Fremdlicht verbessern soll:

Besonders interessant ist das umgekehrte '~'-Symbol, das noch nichtmals im Zeichensatz des Computers vorkommt, daher die Umschreibung als ~ (inv.).

Durch Kombination der beiden ~-Varianten lässt sich auch das ∞-Symbol erzeugen:

Leider besitze ich kein Datenblatt zur B-6032. Sollte jemand im Besitz dieses Datenblattes sein, würde ich mich über eine Mail diesbezüglich sehr freuen.

The B-6032 is surrounded by a black heat shrink tube that is imprinted with the type number and manufacturer. Additionally, the black heat shrink tube improves readability of the digits.
